Local jurisdiction
Local jurisdiction indicates which authority is responsible for a certain procedure. No general criteria are set in this matter. Generally, the local jurisdiction in individual administrative procedures are indicated by the address of the permanent residence. If the individual doesn't have a permanent residence (official address) in the territory of the Czech Republic, the local jurisdiction is indicated by the place where the person spends the most time of the year.
Special law may indicate the local jurisdiction in accordance with different criteria.
