Regulated trade

A regulated trade is such a trade for which the legal regulations indicate specific requirements - professional qualification and other competence - necessary for its performance. The requirements are, e.g., education, experience, integrity, medical fitness etc. Professional qualification means education and experience and competence means medical fitness, integrity etc.
