Professional trade
A professional trade is such a trade for which certain requirements need to be met. These requirements are indicated in Articles 23 and 24 of the Act No 455/1991 Coll., Trade Licensing Act. The list of professional trades is indicated by the Legislative Decree no. 278/2008 coll. on the Content of Trades as amended.
