Remonstrance

Remonstrance is a remedy against the decision of the central authority of the state administration, minister, state secretary or an executive of central government administration of first instance. Because such authority has no supreme authority (except the government which doesn't execute as an administration office) it is the leader of the authority who decides about the remonstrance (minister of executive of central government administration) on a proposal of the remonstrance commission.
