Vocational trade
A vocational trade is a trade where prescribed conditions are required. These conditions are indicated in Articles 20-22 of the Act No 455/1991 Coll., the Trade Licensing Act. The list of vocational trade is indicated by Annex No 1 of the Act No 255/1991 Coll., the Trade Licensing Act. The content of trades is indicated by the Legislative Decree no. 278/2008 coll. on the Content of Trades as amended.
